Heifer's mission is to work with communities to end hunger and poverty and to care for the earth. By giving families a hand-up, not a hand-out, Heifer empowers them to turn lives of hunger and poverty into self-reliance and hope.
Reston Interfaith
Reston Interfaith is a non-profit organization with 40 years of experience serving Reston, Herndon, and the rest of Northwestern Fairfax County. It promotes self-sufficiency by providing support and advocacy for those in need of food, shelter, quality childcare, and other services.
